Policy- Terms and Conditions


Both parties agree to use a free application like Viber or  Zoom for International calls.

Client is responsible for making the call to Interpretersberlin. 

Once the call starts, the client is responsible to pay the full hour for the phone call even if the call ends 45 minutes later.

No vulgar language is allowed.

If the client does not pay through the online system, the client will receive an invoice via email or fax. This should be paid by the client within 10 days.

If the client missed a telephone call, interpretersberlin will still charge the client for the booking. 

If the client needs to cancel an appointment or a telephone call, the client is responsible to give us minimum 24 hours in advance.

By booking our service,  the client has agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
